ALBATROS® launches the new Essentials+ line and redefines traditional safety footwear

ISM-PIP is flying the flag for modern safety footwear with the introduction of the new Essentials+ line under the ALBATROS® brand. The brand is raising the bar with "Step smarter” as its slogan: modern aesthetics and outstanding performance blend with outstanding quality and sophisticated design at an excellent price.

The Essentials+ models are designed for people with an uncompromising approach to comfortable or stylish workwear, while still valuing robustness and durability.

At the heart of the new line is the sporty Essentials+ outsole. With its special tread structure, it ensures perfect ground contact and reliable slip resistance on a wide variety of surfaces. Flex grooves improve mobility and reduce weight at the same time. A heel with an eye-catching form delivers additional support on ladders and makes the models versatile companions in everyday life and work environments.

The soft Cushioning Midsole keeps footfalls soft and gentle. It reliably eases every single step, evenly distributes forces and therefore enables a balance of stability and flexibility. The anatomically formed Comfit® VIVA footbed is the ideal addition to this concept. Crafted from soft EVA material, it supports a natural foot posture, absorbs shocks to protect joints, muscles and bones and provides even more stability with ergonomic longitudinal arch support. The studded ball area massages the forefoot with every step, while perforated zones ensure improved breathability and a long-lasting sense of comfort.

The Essentials+ models also meet the highest standards in all aspects of safety. An ergonomic steel toe cap dependably shields the toes and lends the shoes an equally sporty look. The integrated steel midsole reliably protects against penetration. Breathable functional lining, comfortably padded shaft and tongue areas and a size range from 35 to 48 round off the concept and elevate the line to the status of gold standard across different sectors and scenarios.

Six different models – four in S3 safety class and two in S1P safety class – are now available from specialist retailers and selected online stores.
