We’ve kept our finger on the pulse with the next generation of MOTION PROTECT footwear from PUMA SAFETY.

Behind the award-winning appearance of the safety shoes is a whole package of innovative features and comfort.
The unique sole structure features a double-foamed midsole made of IMPUL-SE.FOAM^® in different densities, making the designs in the MOTION PROTECT range suitable for long working days on your feet. The IMPULSE.FOAM^® midsole not only absorbs shock; it also actively recycles up to 55% of the energy back to the body, enabling an easy and steady running motion and helping to protect joints and ligaments.
The non-slip rubber outsole can withstand up to 300°C (HRO, SRC), ensuring maximum security and durability with every step – the perfect solution for a hard day’s work. The specially arranged flex grooves in the tread ensure a high degree of flexibility for natural movements. The 3D diamond structure of the mid-foot torsion control element offers maximum stability by preventing the foot from twisting across and providing extra grip and support for ladders and spades. And the evercushion^®BA insole supports the natural movements of the foot. The highly breathable evercushion^® foam wicks away sweat to ensure a pleasant microclimate within the boot, and its longitudinal arch mirrors the shape of the foot to prevent injuries in the joints and ligaments.

A high level of comfort is ensured by the innovative upper materials SAFETY KNIT^® and FUSETEC^®. SAFETY KNIT^® envelops the foot like a sock to provide support without restricting movement. FUSETEC^® eliminates seams, especially in the kink areas, making the shoe light, flexible and robust. The upper is moulded from one single element, giving it a sleek and smooth profile.

And even more special features are offered by the MOTION PROTECT range… In the RUSH 2.0 MID design, the standard (mono-sock) tongue is replaced with a collar made of a stretchable material that offers maximum adaptability with every movement and makes it easy to slip on the shoe. Many of the designs also come with an elastic quick lacing system, which means you don’t have to worry about tying your laces perfectly or your laces coming undone. All you have to do is open and close the fastener. Another huge advantage of the quick lacing system is the even distribution of lace pressure over the whole foot. A pair of conventional laces is also included in every shoebox.

Compliance with the EN ISO 20345 safety standards is ensured by the fibre-glass toecap and flexible, non-metallic FAP^® midsole protection. The MOTION PROTECT designs are now available in the S1P and S3 safety classes. All designs come with ESD features and are available in sizes 39 – 48.
All materials in the PUMA SAFETY collection are tested to ensure their full functionality and eliminate any harmful substances, surpassing the high standards for safety footwear set by DIN EN ISO 20345.
A total of 8 designs have been launched. The demand is already so high that the designs are available from a wide range of specialist retailers.
